He is survived by: his wife Lois A. Poag-Ray; his children, Dr. Carol Renee Ray and Thomas Donnell P. Ray (Kyia); and his grandchildren, Donnell, Mason and Mekhi. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
