He was predeceased by: his daughter Mary Faith Flanagan of Washington, D. C.; and his wife Barbara Grealish Flanagan. He is survived by: his son Christopher Flanagan; his daughter-in-law DeDe Flanagan; his daughter Julie Flanagan; his son-in-law Greg Stephenson of Austin Texas; and his grandchildren, Jack Flanagan, Zoey Bell, Derek and Stephanie Cantrell.
