Reed formerly of Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on February 3, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Vickie; and his children, Justin, Courtney Cain and Ashley Padgett. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
