We are sad to announce that on October 28, 2020, Helen Babbitt Breckinridge of Washington, District of Columbia, born in Louisville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Scott Dudley Breckinridge, Jr.; her father John Francis Babbitt III; and her brother John Francis Babbitt, IV. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
