She is survived by: her husband Douglas Ray, Sr. of Washington, DC; her children, Kelvin Ray (Paula) of Alexandria, VA, Devin Ray (Dominque) of Baltimore, MD and Dylana Ray-Nibblins (Quincy) of Washington, DC; her sisters, Mary Carter (Joe) and Barbara Riddle (Sam) of Warrenton, VA; her goddaughter Chelsea Carter of Culpeper, VA; and her stepson Douglas R. Ray, Jr. (Christina) of Bowie, MD. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
