Kamil Rafeedie Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 7, 2021, at the age of 86, Kamil Rafeedie (Washington, District of Columbia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Rafeedie; and his brothers, Essa and Richard Rafeedie. He is survived by: his children, Joyce Sanquist (Steve), Basil Rafeedie (Debbie) and Nancy Tentzeras (late Nicholas); his sibling Naheel Rafeedie; his grandchildren, Michelle, Jessica, Stevie and Megan; and his great grandchildren, Cora and Matteo. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, a private funeral service limited to the immediate family on Thursday, March 11, 2021 at 7PM at St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church, 4335 16th Street, NW, Washington, DC 20011.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. George Church in his memory.
