We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2021, Louetta Dunkins (Washington, District of Columbia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her daughters, Renee Dunkins, Robin Dunkins, Rhonda Dunkins (Jeff) and Roslyn Evans (Kevin); her grandchildren, Rachel Dukes, Caleb Evans and Collin Evans; and her brothers, Henry Jefferson and Donald Jefferson. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
