She was predeceased by: her parents, David Blanken and Edna Blanken (Jacobson); and her husband Max Lobel. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Lobel (Andrea) of Kalamazoo, MI, Alan Lobel (Marsha) of St. Louis, MO and Cynthia Thomas (Terry) of Seattle, WA; her grandchildren, Gabriel Lobel (Laura), Rachel Lobel, Nicholas Lobel (Elly), Jason Lobel (Allison), Adam Lobel, Jessica Lobel, Emily Watt (Paul) and Kyle Thomas; her great grandchildren, Dillan, Camryn, Evyn, Avery and Leo; and her sister Marjorie Funger (Robert). She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation be made in Marilyn's honor to Feeding America.
