With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marjorie B. Carroll of Washington, District of Columbia, born in Erie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 7, 2021 at the age of 103. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Marjorie B. Carroll to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Peter Yochim and Margaret Rinderle Yochim; her sister Leona Stadter; and her son-in-law Col. David A. Haas. She is survived by : her sister Rosemary Straub; and her children, Barbara Haas and Mike Carroll (Linda). She is also survived by six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and one great- great-grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, the family is gladly accepting donations to cherish Marjorie's life and legacy. Contributions may be made in her memory to either the Sisters of St. Joseph, 5031 West Ridge Road, Erie, PA 16506, or to Knollwood, her final home and a 501c3 charity dedicated to the care and wellness of older Americans, especially those who served our nation.
