It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Elizabeth Howard of Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on November 17, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her daughters, Veronica Howard and LuDrean Howard Peterson; and her sisters, Earline Hickman and Cleo Phillips (Leon). She is also survived by four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
