She was predeceased by: her former husband Paul Mong’are Ndemo; her siblings, Susan Nyarangi, Milka Ogeto, Livingstone Oguta and Charles Masita; and her parent-in-law Ndemo Kibagendi.
She is survived by: her parents, Simuel Bwana Masita and Yunuke Nyanchoka Bwana; her children, Esther Kemunto Mong, John Paul Mong and Agnes Bosibori Mong; her siblings, Jemimah Mokogi, Bilha Nyamweya, Caren Omwenga, Grace Omanga and Julie Mariera; and her parents-in-law, Esther Nyang, Peninah Moraa, Priscila Boisabi, Nyakebande and Teresa Bosibori.
