It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Wagner (Washington, District of Columbia), who passed away on September 24, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew "Mickey" and Phyllis Lukowski; and her brother Michael Lukowski. She is survived by: her spouse Dale Wagner; her child Dale Wagner II; her sister Sharon Potter (Jeff); her siblings-in-law, Denise Wagner, Doreen Wagner (Dan), Darlene Van Kampen (John), Cheryl Crawley (Larry) and David Wagner (Molly); and her parent-in-law Jan Hoekstra.
To uphold safety guidelines, all guests are asked to wear a mask and respect social distancing requirements.
