He was predeceased by: his parent English; and his brother Dr. Robert H. Kirschner of Chicago, IL. He is survived by: his wife Kay Gartrell (J. D.); his daughter Meredith Kirschner of Haddon Township, NJ; and his stepson Daniel Rinella of Philadelphia. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, six nephews and a niece.
