He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Miller and Lucille Hauser Miller. He is survived by: his husband Edward Ruark; his daughter Elizabeth Miller; his cousins, Charles Dinkins, Ann Dinkins Park, Gray Hauser and Dale Hauser; his pet Moe; and also Bridget Billips.
