It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Mae Chase of Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on December 4, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Howlett and Pauline Howlett (Wright); and her husband Raymond Gerald Chase, Sr.. She is survived by: her siblings, Betty Jean Oliver (Howlett), Charles Howlett and Patricia Mattingly (Howlett); her sons, Ray Chase Jr. (Karen) and Randy Chase (Jill); her grandchildren, Emily, Logan Chase, Brooke and Grant Chase; and her sister Mary Helen Parker (Howlett).
