It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Lucretia Wilkins of Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on February 2, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Curtis, Kevin, Troy Wilkins and LaTarcia Wilkins; and her siblings, Edna Coates, Felicia McCray, Marlene Williams, Roberta Harrison (Thomas), Harry, Chauncey and Ronald Datcher (Carol). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
