She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Samples and Evelyn Samples; her husband Denny Nelson; and her sister Randi L. Siron. She is survived by: her children, Ricky Nelson (Debbie), Sherry Nelson, Lynda Nelson Lee (John), Kimberly Nelson Freeman (Alan) and Lori Nelson. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
