With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Valerie Hunter Kelly of Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on November 7, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Hunter and Herbert L. Hunter. She is survived by: her husband Mark Kelly; her daughters, Antoinette Nicole Kelly and Ashley Noel Kelly; and her siblings, Beverly D. Hunter and Herb T. Hunter (Jannette).
