She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillian Moore Neal and Wilfred J. Neal, Sr.; and her siblings, Colleen Olivia Neal, Wilfred J. Neal, Jr. (late Barbara) and Keith Neal.
She is survived by: her husband Cornell J. Formey; her stepsons, Michael, Jerry and Jerome; and her sister Barbara Neal Brooks (late William). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at 2315 Brinkley Rd, Fort Washington, MD 20744. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
