With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Victoria Smith (Washington, District of Columbia), who passed away on October 1, 2020 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her children, Cyril Wayne Smith, Dr. Warren Smith, Ernest Goodson, Sheila Smith and Brenda Davis; and her granddaughter Angela Drafton. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
