He was predeceased by: his parent Hazel P. Kipps; and his wife Betty F. Moreland. He is survived by: his children, Vivian M. Johnson, Donnie Wayne Kipps (Cindy), Tony Kipps (Debbie), Cheryl Kipps, Sarah Baker and Jackie Cooper (Doug); his cousin Peggy Clinedinst; and his pet Ceisar. He is also survived by grandson whom he adored; 21 great grandchildren, one great-great-granddaughter.
