Carafa, Jr., Kimberly Carafa and Maria Bochnowicz; his son-in-law Steven Bochnowicz; his sister Patricia Doonan; and his parents-in-law, Charles Doonan, Connie Bennett, Eddie Zurlo and Tommy Zurlo. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
