He is survived by: his mother Shelley Scull Dormer; his wife Megan F.; his children, Olivia and Samuel; his siblings, Nicole Long (Christopher) and Brian Chaffinch; and his grandmother Lavon Chaffinch (David Saul Jr). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
