She is survived by : her husband James Kivlin of Delaware; her children, Mary Sharon of Ohio, Patricia Ann Hnat Perna of Delaware, James Kivlin of Maryland, Alphonso Charles Perna of Florida, Michael Steven Perna of Pennsylvania, Fiore Kenneth Perna of Pennsylvania and John Joseph Perna of Pennsylvania; and her brother William Porter of Maryland.
