He was predeceased by : his parents, Ernest G. Fleck and Margaret A. Fleck (Wiley). He is survived by : his wife Jean M. Fleck (Pallo); his children, Mark Coulter (Angela), Christine DeLuca (Matt) of New Castle and Joseph Fleck of Bear; his grandchildren, Matthew, Tabitha and Jeremy; his sister Brenda Kells of Mount Holly, NJ; and his pet Little Bit.
