He was predeceased by : his parents, Carols Edward Passwaters, Sr. and Hazel Smith Passwaters. He is survived by : his son James E. Passwaters; his siblings, Rebecca Hartzel (Raymond Hill), Doris Trice (William), Norma Osterhout (Jeff) and Dennis Passwaters (June) of Bridgeville; and his close friend Sue Stafford. He is also survived by five grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

“Sorry to hear of Eddy's passing.I have known Eddy and his family for many many years.I was close friends with his sister Doris.I always felt welcome whenever I went to their house,we always did homework together.I always had fun with the family,their Mom Hazel was the best.Eddy was always a very nice fella and he had a kind soul and a kind word for everybody.My thoughts and prayers are with his Family.I love you all.
