He was predeceased by : his parents, Harry C., II and Elsie Davis; and his children, Hank Davis and Jennifer Sara Davis. He is survived by : his wife Wanda Davis; his children, Kelly Davis and Matt Davis; and his grandchildren, Patrick Davis, William Davis and Sara Davis.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions in Brud's memory to Delaware Hospice, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963.
