He was predeceased by : his parents, James Noel and Gertrude Noel (Boekhout). He is survived by : his wife Mary Noel (Deiter); his children, James H. Noel (Lisa) of Bangor, PA, Cheryl Noel of Georgetown, DE and Christine Fusselman of Etters, PA; his grandchildren, Sydney Noel, Justina Noel, C. Alexander, Benjamin Fusselman and James M Noel; his great grandchildren, Paige and Ashlynn; and his sister Virginia L. Knoll of Newburg, PA. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, masks must be worn and social distancing protocols must be observed by all participating in any aspect of the services.
