She was predeceased by : her parents, Adolph Cyr and Anna May Cyr (Hurlock); and her brother Roger Hubbard. She is survived by : her husband Kenneth L. McDowell; her children, Tina Abbott (Charles Shane), Derek McDowell and Bo McDowell (Khristina) of Bridgeville, DE; her siblings, Alfred Hubbard of Baltimore, MD, Linda Shanahan of West Virginia, Parris Cyr of Federalsburg, MD, Paul Cyr of Hurlock, MD, Mary Alcorn (Robert) of Federalsburg, MD, Joe Cyr (Jody) of Seaford, DE and David Cyr (Crystal) of Seaford, DE; and her grandchildren, Coby Abbott, Tana Rafail, Cade McDowell, Alexa McDowell, Kaylee McDowell and Brienna McDowell.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic social distancing protocols and the use of masks is strongly advised.
