We are sad to announce that on January 3, 2021, at the age of 96, Ann Russell of Camden Wyoming, Delaware, born in Norfolk, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, William Evans and Margaret Evans (Steelman); and her brother William B. Evans, Jr.. She is survived by : her daughter Cheryl A. Martin of Felton; and her stepchild Jackie Russell. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and 16 great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held 12 noon, Monday, January 11, 2021, in Pippin Funeral Home, Inc., 119 West Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming, DE; where family and friends may view 1 hour before, adhering to the current Covid-19 restrictions of mask wearing, social distancing, and 50 people maximum at a time.
