It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Garland Bailey Jr. of Camden Wyoming, Delaware, who passed away on December 18, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Stella Cresswell and Garland Bailey; and his brothers, Francis, Daniel, William and Kenneth.

He is survived by : his wife Patricia; his daughter Vicki Feeney (Matthew) of Middletown; his grandchildren, Jonathan Derryberry (Deanna) of Milford and Chelsea Derryberry (Ariel) of West Deptford, NJ; his siblings, David Cresswell (Cindy) of Middletown, James Cresswell (Brenda) of Mount Washington, KY and Stella Barlow (Glenn) of Oklahoma City, OK; his grandsons, Cole, Alex and Seth; his great grandchildren, Mia and Jonathan Jr.; his children, Michael and Shannon Bailey; and his granddaughter Bryana.
