It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alfonse Fratelli (Dover, Delaware), born in Portageville, New York, who passed away on April 19, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Fratelli and Frances Fratelli; his daughter Marianne Neal; and his grandson Anthony Fratelli. He is survived by: his wife Monica Fratelli; his son James Fratelli; his siblings, Marieta Paris and Anthony Fratelli; his son-in-law Russell Neal; and his grandchildren, Monica Wheatley (Jimmy), Lauren Friday (Adam) and Kirk Neal (Lauren). He is also survived by nine great grandchildren and many close friends.
