He is survived by: his parents, Roger E. Foor and Juanita Foor (Riley); his wife Debora; his daughters, Amelia Shannon Martin of Lacey and Veronica Sue Martin of Dover, Delaware; his grandchildren, Rowan Madeline Martin White of Dover, Ophelia Rue Martin White of Dover, Eli Archer Martin White of Dover and Pop-Pop; his siblings, Lynn Foor (Catherine Stover-Foor) of Aaronsburg, PA and Kelly Foor of Catonsville, MD; his parents-in-law, Charles E., Lucille Bell of Ft. Smith, Arkansas and Barbara Beachy of Felton, Delaware; and his sisters-in-law, Patti Donophan (Carl), Laura Bell-Burkett (Craig) and Cindy Rust (Steve). He is also survived by children and grandchildren; and by uncles and aunts and their children and grandchildren.
Services will be held privately. Torbert's Funeral Chapels, 1145 E. Lebanon Road, Dover, Delaware has been entrusted with the arrangements in this difficult pandemic time. Debora and the family hope to host a celebration of Barry's life in the summer if the coronavirus pandemic permits a safe gathering of those who loved Barry.
