It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bettie Spencer (Dover, Delaware), who passed away on February 27, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Spencer; her son Gregory Wilson; her parents, Mary Sr and William H. Person, Sr.; and her brother William H. Person, Jr..

She is survived by: her sisters, MaryLou Person of Dover, DE and Fannie Mae Readin (Michael) of Baltimore, MD; her sister-in-law Evangelist Elizabeth Person; her great-niece Aaliyah Taylor; and her close friends, MaryAnn Roberts, Ann Downes and Sandra Crawford. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family friends.
