She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Briscoe Carter and Elizabeth Humble Carter. She is survived by: her son Sean Michael Strehle; her brother Charles Briscoe Carter; her son Chris Strehle; and her grandchildren, Cody G Strehle and Riley P Minner.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Torbert Funeral Chapel (1145 E Lebanon Rd, Dover, DE 19901). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
