He was predeceased by: his wife Melvina S. F. Landry; his parents, Alice Landry (Rider) and Francis Landry, Sr.; and his brothers, Bruce Michael Landry and Gerard Landry.
He is survived by: his children, Jessica Franklin, Bejeana Franklin and Jermaine Neal; his grandchildren, Wilbert Hurst Jr., Jayveion Hurst, B'Jayla Hurst and Gia Marie Cousins; his great grandchildren, Wilbert Hurst III, Na'kiem Hurst and Na'Shoni Hurst; and his siblings, Shirley R. Broomfield of Florida, Francis A. Landry, Sr. of Dover, Mary A. Landry of Dover, James A. Landry, Sr. of Dover and Gerald Landry of Dover. He is also survived by loving extended family, including a host of nieces and nephews.
