He is survived by: his children, Jackie Atkins of Pocomoke City, MD, Miketta Mills of Pocomoke City, MD, Sharron Atkins of Pocomoke City, MD and Keshawn Mills of Salisbury, MD; and his siblings, Brenda Mills of Pocomoke City, MD, Vanessa Davis (Elbert) of Snow Hill, MD, Victoria Mills of Snow Hill, MD, Gloria Mills of Baltimore City, MD, Patricia Harmon (Thomas) of Oak Hall, VA, Bruce Bivens of Baltimore City, MD, Leroy Townsend (Lonzie) of New Church, VA and Kevin Mills (Darlene) of Salisbury, MD. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
