With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Ellen Adams (Bear, Delaware), who passed away on June 4, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Hechmer and Mary Ellen Hechmer; and her former husband Jay. She is survived by: her siblings, Geraldine (Gerry), Carl, Francis (Frank) and Lawrence (Larry); her husband Eugene J. Adams; her children, John, Eugenia (Jeanellen), Micah (Tracey) and Luke (Joanne); her sisters, Ann and Teresa; her children, Eliza and Josiah; her grandchildren, Rebekah, Asher, Elisabeth, Jeremiah, Emily, Chyenne, Wyatt and Brooke; and also, Margaret and Olivia. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Pippin Funeral Home, Inc. (119 W Camden Wyoming Ave, Wyoming, DE 19934). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 7:00 PM and on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM.
