She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Cougear and Luella Cougear. She is survived by: her husband Steven Lacey; her daughters, Bethanie and Brittany of Oneonta, NY.; her brother Dale Cougear of Cooperstown, NY.; her granddaughter Erica Mehrtens (Thomas); her great grandchildren, Kerah, Kylee and Kinsley of Dover, DE.; and her daughter Barbara Willis (Edward) of Hartly, DE.. She is also survived by 3 daughters.
