We are sad to announce that on August 11, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Ruth Ann Mitchell (Dover, Delaware). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Thomas Singleton and Ruth Singleton of Dover; her former life partner James L. Helms of Pike County, AL; her daughter Elizabeth Ann (Libby); her friend John Mitchell (Jack); her husband Jack Mitchell; her daughters, Libby McConville of Birmingham, AL and Jo Ann Helms of Atlanta, GA; her brother Harvey Singleton of Dover; her grandchildren, Molly Moye, Marlena, Mariel McConville, Heath and Hunter Helms; and her great grandchildren, Marshall and Maeve Moye. She was also cherished by friends, and her beloved cats.

Due to COVID-19 safety concerns, the family has elected to refrain from a public memorial service.
