Barlow (Joe); his children, Marcus R. Willey III of Lewes and Tracy Hamner (Jeremy) of Felton; his brothers, Clarence of Harrington and Steven Barlow (Jennifer) of Harrington; and his great grandchild Patricia Willey. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren.
