He was predeceased by : his parents, John F. "Jack" and Gertrude E. "Gertie" Purcell Sapp; and his grandson Travis Lee. He is survived by : his wife Jeanne; his daughters, Nicole Holston and Lindsay Luzier (Chad) of Harrington, Delaware; his grandchildren, Adelina Luzier and Jackson Luzier; and his siblings, John Sapp (Nancy) of Laurel, Delaware and Susan Riehl (Don) of Salem, Oregon. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends.
