She was predeceased by : her parents, John Pelech and Anna Pelech; her husband Michael Gumrot; and her sisters, Margaret, Susan, Anna and Theresa.

She is survived by : her sons, Michael Gumrot (Carol) and Robert Russell (Nicolette); and her grandchildren, Stephanie Gumrot, Michael Gumrot, Robyn Burns and Jacklyn Wilson. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
