She was predeceased by: her husband Armond Petrucci; and her brother Harry Litman. She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Wills (Ron) of Middletown, DE, Barbara Oliphant (late Don) and Carol Sexton-Lipstein (Don); and her grandchildren, Christopher Wills (Sandy), Tina Wills, Lauren Wills, Leslie Papanicolas (Nick), James Oliphant (Christina), Angie Riley (Gene), Joseph Oliphant (Beth Ann), Alexandra Sexton, Nicholas Sexton, Jessica MacNair and Gordon Sexton IV. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren as well as many extended family and friends.

Due to the current CDC, Federal and State regulations regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, services for Cecelia will be held privately on Thursday, April 23, 2020.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a memorial contribution in Cecelia's name to the charity of your choice.
