With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Constance L. Starr (Hockessin, Delaware), born in Wilmington, Delaware, who passed away on July 19, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Robert L. Starr; her parents, Dorothy Lofland and Lawrence W. Pike; and her siblings, Barbara Frost (Pike) and Gary E. Pike.

She is survived by: her children, Christopher Starr (Nancy) of Newark and Theresa Manley of Hockessin; her siblings, Virginia Trescott of Wilmington, Lawrence Pike of Wilmington, Dorothy Swann of Virginia and Joseph Pike of Camden-Wyoming, DE; and her grandchildren, Sean, Robin, Wyatt Starr and Deanna Manley.
