He was predeceased by: his parent James E. Hall; and his son Charles Hall. He is survived by: his parent Edna M. Hall (Orth); his wife Thelma E. Hall (Wahl); his children, Robert Hall (Thelma), Joyce Marando (Scott) and Diane Edwards (Cullen); and his daughter-in-law Jill Hall. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren.
