He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Megginson, and Frances Megginson, Sr. (Thomas); his wife Jacqueline M. Megginson (Sayers); and his brothers, Charles Megginson, Jr., Joseph Megginson and William Megginson.
He is survived by: his children, Luann Maney (Joseph) of Chadds Ford, PA and James Megginson, Jr. (Donna) of Lewes, DE; his grandchildren, Sean Maney (Sadie), Troy Maney (Brenda), Devon Smith (Shane) and Taylor Megginson; and his great grandchildren, Sophia Wallace, Flynn Maney, Ziggy Maney, Indigo Maney, Nash Maney, Monroe Maney, Zoey Smith, Riley Smith, Noah Payton and Tristen Payton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
