He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Todd and Myrtle Todd (Denning); and his sisters, Dorothy Voshell and Ruth Steel. He is survived by: his wife Joanne D. Todd (Downing); his sons, Mark D. Todd, Jed D. Todd (Claudia) and Michael M. Todd (Lee Blessing); his niece Roberta Ahmed; Roland and Joanne. He is also survived by his six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
