He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Sporay and Loretta Sporay. He is survived by: his wife Anna Sporay; his daughter Christine Donnelly (John Donnelly); his grandchildren, Mason and Emma; his siblings, Helmut (Irmi), Diane (Gregory), Jerry and Elaine (Martin); Billy. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to a charity of their choice.
