He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Williams; his children, Ricky Howard and Selina Maldonado; his grandchildren, Sierra Young and Robert "Bubba" Martinez; his great grandchildren, Subrii Young and Robert Hickman; his brothers, David Paul Williams, Richard James Williams (Arlene), Douglas Williams (Nancy) and Clinton; and his grandmother Sylvia "Syb" Williams McLoughlin (John). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
